Here, contacts can choose from a set of topics of interest and/or localities. Once a contact has saved their contact details, they can navigate to the Mailing Preferences tab. Fields can also be set to required and optional, as needed. Any contact field in InterAction can be coded into the site, provided the CRM field value is provided to Concep for coding. These fields are gathered by the on-boarding team during the creation of your site, through a data collection spreadsheet in which a client provides all fields they would like to include on their form. If this address is not located already in CRM, they will be taken to the Contact Details page of the site to populate and submit their details. If an existing address is found, the contact will be prompted to login or reset their password (if applicable).
